I’m Ani Catino — a Life Transition & Reinvention Coach, Digital marketing consultant, and host of the Empowered After 40 podcast. With over two decades of experience as a professional interpreter, I’ve supported people during some of the most important and emotional moments of their lives. This work taught me the power of deep listening — not just to words, but to emotions, stories, and unspoken needs — and shaped my ability to truly understand people.

Alongside my interpreting career, I trained and qualified as a massage therapist, strengthening my belief that real transformation comes from caring for both the mind and the body. My personal journey as a mother of two sons who faced health challenges also taught me resilience, patience, and adaptability. These life experiences deeply influence my coaching approach, allowing me to support others with empathy, calm, and practical guidance during times of change.

Today, I help women — especially those over 40 — build confidence, independence, and meaningful businesses they truly believe in. Alongside coaching, I offer essential digital marketing support for small business owners especially women and am currently training as an AI consultant, helping women embrace modern tools without overwhelm. My mission is simple: to help you gain clarity, trust yourself, and create a future that feels aligned, empowered, and achievable.
